Reporting an error — the most useful thing you can send us
If a timing, halt, distance or station name looks wrong, please include:
- the train number (for example 16688) or station code (for example SVDK);
- what the page says, and what you believe is correct;
- where you saw the correct information, if you have a source.
That lets us find the page and verify the fix quickly. Confirmed corrections get applied; where we cannot verify a change, we will tell you rather than edit data on guesswork.
What we cannot help with
We are an independent reference site, not a railway operator or booking agent. We cannot check your PNR, make or cancel a booking, process a refund, trace luggage, or escalate a complaint. For those, please use IRCTC for bookings and Rail Madad for grievances. Messages about bookings will unfortunately go unanswered because there is nothing we can do about them.
