CRWC Rail Hub is an independent reference site for Indian Railways travellers. We publish train time tables, station guides and plain-English explainers about how ticketing, PNR status and live running status actually work.
What we are not
Please read this carefully before relying on anything here:
- We are not Indian Railways, IRCTC, NTES, RailTel or any Zonal Railway, and we are not authorised by them.
- We are not connected with any government body, public-sector undertaking, or any organisation that may previously have used this domain name.
- We do not sell tickets, take bookings, process refunds or handle complaints. We cannot access your PNR, booking or refund. For any of that, use irctc.co.in or Rail Madad.
- We are not a live data service. Our schedules come from published timetable data, not from a real-time feed.
What we actually do
We take Indian Railways’ published timetable data — which is accurate but hard to read — and turn it into pages a traveller can use: every halt for a train with arrival, departure and distance, plus guides to the busiest stations. Where a page can only take you so far, we point you to the official tool that can (NTES for live running, IRCTC for booking and PNR).
How we handle accuracy
Railway schedules change. Trains get rescheduled, diverted, cancelled and re-timetabled, and any static page will eventually drift from reality. So we do two things: we say plainly on every page that you must confirm timings on NTES or IRCTC before you travel, and we fix errors quickly when they are reported. Our Editorial & Data Policy explains where the data comes from and what its known limitations are.
Tell us when we are wrong
If you spot a wrong timing, a missing halt or a garbled station name, please tell us through the contact page. Include the train number or station code so we can find the page fast. Corrections are the most useful message you can send us.
How this site is funded
CRWC Rail Hub is independently run and free to read. If we run advertising in future, ads will be clearly distinguishable from editorial content, and advertisers will have no say over what we publish or how we describe it.
