MoU between DFCCIL and CRWC : |
An MoU was signed between DFCCIL and CRWC (Central Railside Warehouse Company Ltd) on 21.10.2019 for utilizing the services of the later for upgrading and creating Multi-Modal Logistics Parks and Integrated Warehousing Complexes along or near DFCCIL rail network. CRWC is already operating 19 RWC across the country with a capacity of 3.5 lakh tonnes.This synergy between DFCCIL and CRWC is expected to give a boost to traffic to be carried over through DFCCIL. By making the transport over DFCCIL complete and integrated with warehousing,and last mile connectivity being provided in a seamless manner.This is bound to reduce logistics costs and thereby attract more traffic from other modes. |

MoU between CRWC and UltraTech Ltd: |
An MoU was signed between CRWC and UltraTech Ltd(UTCL) on 1st-Oct-19 for working together for developing warehousing, silos,packing unit etc at CRWC locations across India. The MoU was signed by Sh.Yatin K.Patel, DGM (Commercial), CRWC and Dr Vashist Head Railways, UTCL. |

Warehousing management Systems: |
Computerization has pervaded every possible aspect of business operations. In order to keep pace with the emerging technological trends and in order to provide a transparent and efficient system of working we are on the threshold of introducing the Warehouse Management System on two existing terminals which shall be proliferated on the remaining RWCs, based on its successful operation. |

New Marketing Efforts: |
The Company on the basis of its performance over past 1½ years has been able to attract the interest of major cement manufacturers like M/s. Grasim Industries Ltd., M/s. UltraTech Cement Ltd., M/s. ACC Ltd., M/s. Mangalam Cement, M/s. J. P. Cement to use its services on corporate arrangement basis without involving their clearing/ forwarding agents. Corporate tie-ups based on volumes discount system has been initiated at a number of terminals. Major marketing initiatives are under way to garner fertilizer and food grain business by entering into long-term mutually beneficial arrangements. |
